What is the Small Bag Dosing Station?

The small bag dosing station, also known as dust-free feeding station or manual dumping station, is widely applicable for the feeding and discharging of powder and granular materials in small and medium-sized bag packaging. The small bag dosing station is often used for the bag opening and discharging operation of 25kg or 50kg bagged powder and granular materials. It completes the bag opening and discharging work by allowing materials to fall into the hopper by gravity through steps such as manual bag opening and automatic dumping. The dust generated during the operation is filtered out by the built-in dust removal device, enabling workers to work easily in a clean environment.According to process requirements, a screening function can be added to screen out impurities; it can also be used with a vacuum feeder to achieve the vacuum feeding function.

Working Principle of Dust-Free Feeding Station:

During bag unpacking, the dust collection fan prevents the material dust from flying everywhere.When the material is unpacked and poured into the next process, it only needs to be manually unpacked and put into the system directly. The material passes through a vibrating screen (safety screen), which can intercept large pieces of materials and foreign objects, thus ensuring that the particles meeting the requirements are discharged.It uses the negative pressure formed by the centrifugal fan and the suction pipeline to collect the dust and fly ash during the discharging process, preventing the dust from escaping, polluting the surrounding environment and protecting the health of operators.

Maintenance of Small Bag Dosing Station:

• Wear labor protection equipment and a mask, turn on the dust collector, and use an air gun to clean the inside and outside of the machine body.
• Turn off the dust collector and the main power supply, remove the filter element from the filter, and blow-wash the filter element with an air gun. If the filter element is found to be invalid, it should be replaced in time.
• Take out the screen of the bottom vibrating screen, blow-wash it with an air gun, check the integrity of the screen, and replace it in time if damage is found.
• Wipe the parts where materials are easy to adhere with a wet cloth. After cleaning, dry the surface with an air gun, and then wipe it again with a clean cloth.
